Southside Restaurant
The 750K project comprises of a new build restaurant. The 330m2 building incorporates a 100 person dining area, commercial kitchen, welfare facilities and staff accommodation.

The mechanical & electrical services include the high efficiency condensing boiler technology, solar thermal hot water generation coupled to a high efficiency gas fired condensing water heater, variable volume centralised mechanical ventilation system serving the dining area, BEMS controls system, general & emergency lighting incorporating automatic lighting controls, general power and fire alarm installation. The building also incorporates passive solar shading utilising a Brise soleil to the south elevation.
