Beech Jackson Partnership were appointed as Lead Consultant and were responsible for preparing the detailed design and tender package, site supervision and financial control.

The Primary School comprises of a separate junior and infant block which each incorporated a separate boilerhouse and heating system. Beech Jackson Partnership were appointed to complete the design of the new heating systems and main boiler plant to each building including the link corridor. During the initial site investigation, Beech Jackson Partnership carried out a feasibility study to investigate the option to consolidate the boiler plant into a single plantroom. This was successful and sanctioned by the School as it provided the most economic & efficient solution and reduced the ongoing maintenance burden.

Due to our appointment being granted during the summer holiday period, this did not allow sufficient time to complete the design and installation during the summer holiday period. As a result, the project was phased with the main central boiler plant and infant block heating system being successfully replaced during the 2011 summer period. The junior block heating system replacement is programmed for summer 2012 and will be connected to the recently installed central boiler plant.
