A major conversion to develop an 87 luxury bed hotel. The project comprises luxury bedrooms with en-suite, bar/lounge area and kitchen/dining facility. The bedrooms are air conditioned using the latest energy efficient inverter technology. Condensing technologies were used for the generation of the hot water and heating systems. Energy saving controls were provided along with a decorative lighting scheme. The inclusion of LED lighting solutions were incorporated to the main circulation space. The scheme also incorporates a glazed link corridor, extensive car parking and landscaping.
