The project comprised of the heating boiler system replacement/upgrade and plantroom refurbishment which included new high efficiency condensing boilers, variable speed pumps, automatic system pressure control, automatic BEMS controls, electrical services installation and associated builderswork.

The heating boiler replacement was programmed to be carried out during the summer holiday period. Despite a delayed start on site, the works were successfully completed prior to the required heat-on date and with no disruption to the operation of the College.
