The multi-functional development comprises of a new build sports centre & associated welfare facilities and refurbishment & remodelling of existing internal space to create a modern teaching environments.

The new sports hall incorporates the latest heating technologies with the use of passive natural ventilation to ensure a robust installation & comfortable environment is achieved. The use of photovoltaic solar systems were incorporated with the panels mounted on the slight incline roof and provides approximately 12% carbon reduction for the development.

The new build sports facility was subject to a BREEAM assessment and the required & predicted score is ‘Very Good’.
