A new student teaching and resource centre at the heart of the campus. The development includes staff quarters, refectory/exhibition space, resource centre, library and office accommodation. The engineering services design includes a natural ventilation strategy, use of high efficiency heat pump technology, intelligent lighting control systems and fully integrated building management system.The building design incorporates high performance thermal elements and a brise soleil providing passive solar control.The development delivered an excellent BREEAM rating.
