The 5 million project incorporates the complete refurbishment and remodelling of an existing three storey 4,800m2 office development.

The mechanical services installation comprises of new air conditioning systems, fresh air ventilation systems, LTHW heating plant & distribution systems, solar thermal domestic hot water generation and BEMS controls systems. The electrical services installations comprise of new general lighting incorporating Dali dimmable intelligent lighting control system, central battery emergency lighting system, fire alarm installation, access control, AV installations, general power and data installations.
